I live in the Orlando area and will be available to take wide-angle photos of your property and create a slide show (If your property is located in a subdivision with a club house I will also include photos of the club house in your slide show).  If your property is not in the Orlando, Kissimmee, Davenport, Clermont area you will have to supply your own photos for the purposes of this web site.

You will review a sample property description to help start you off for your own personal property description, or you can write something entirely your own.

I will create a map image linked to the map that will help your clients locate your specific property here in the Disney area.

Beneath the map is a list of the areas biggest attractions to remind guests how close they will be staying to the heart of the Orlando-area tourist attractions.  You may add additional attractions if you wish.

I have decorated the page with clean, appropriate art to separate various sections and included a few static photos from the slide show to further show off the property's amenties, and then a short remind about how close Disney-area vacation properties are the various beaches, shopping, etc.

 

I will also include an availability calendar (see sample on left) that you can personally log onto and update at your convenience 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in real time (it will update immediately) so your availability calendar is always current.  This is not a rentors.org free calendar and is color-coordinated with the web design.  When you record a booking, you will be able to record additional information such as your clients name, contact information, deposits and money due, etc. that will only be viewable to you.  You will be able to print "Booking Reports" that will then list your bookings and the additional information you have added at any time.  This is an indispensable tool for any vacation rental owner, seasoned or new!

And finally your web site will include a booking form for your potential clients to fill in (with pop-up calendars to help them choose the proper dates) and forward to you.

Each time a client inquires using the booking form, they will get an instant reply from your form letting them know you received their inquiry and that you will be replying promptly.

Every inquiry that comes through the booking form is also recorded in your control panel so you can at any time print an "Inquiry Report" with the contact details and dates of any inquiries from your site.  This is useful in case you accidentally delete a contact e-mail.
